The college was founded
by Smt. V. Sharada H.Rao in memory
of her brother Late Sri
Gurrala Satyendra Krishna, most prominent
advocate, Social Worker
and philonthropist ofRajahmundry, to meet
and realise the long
felt desire and dreams of the youth who intended
to pursue legal studies
and make a mark as Advocate and Judicial
officers which everfield
they may step in. Sri Gurrala Krishna Rao
father of Sri C.S. Krishna
was not only a leading Criminal lawyer
upto 1960's but was also
a pioneer of women’s education. His wish
was realised when girls
admission in our college as encouraged to
the maximum and the college
to-day has about 80 girls on rolls.
The College is affiliated
on permanent basis to Andhra
University. Waltair and
it works under their close academic
guidance, as well as
of Bar Council of India, New Delhi. The college
is registered to U
G C under 2 F and 12
B.
The College General

prizes for standing in First Ranks in different
subjects from
University.
This college is the first private law college
in the state of Andhra Pradesh
